The Open Doors Gala & Auction is back, and we'd love your help on event night!
There are 3 shifts with different responsibilities:
- 5:00-7:00pm event check-in: Register and check in guests with a smile! Training on the event software and ipads will be provided before guests arrive.
- 8:00-10:00pm event spotters and checkout: Event spotters help record donations made during the paddle raise, and this team will transition to helping silent auction winners check out and receive their items.
- 9:00-11:00pm event breakdown and cleanup: Help pack up and wrap up the night!
