Visit the 8 Dimensions of Wellness fair, make art & pottery, do yoga/zumba, practice boxing and river rowing, and more - while enjoying tunes by DJ Raneesha Banks.

54 organizations will be present with fun activities for all ages and providing resources such as free health checkups, chiropractic, check-up from the neck up, parenting resources, Narcan, literacy, financial planning assistance, and more.

At 10:30, join some yoga & then hear local community members & the mayor speak about the importance of mental health.

A 1.5 mile wheelchair-accessible walk to create visibility and join together for the cause.
