The Open Doors Gala & Auction is back, and we'd love your help on event night!
There are 3 shifts with different responsibilities:
- 11:00am-2:00pm venue set-up: Work with Open Doors staff to help transform The Loading Dock into the Open Doors Gala & Auction! Set up auction items and the cocktail room, place program books and any other items on the dinner tables, and help with any event day details.
- 5:00-7:00pm event check-in: Register and check in guests with a smile! Training on the event software will be provided before guests arrive.
- 8:00-10:30pm event spotters and checkout: Event spotters help record donations made during the paddle raise, and this team will transition to helping silent auction winners check out and receive their items.
